From the very beginning, collaboration has been at the heart of Xewin’s artistic journey. The French-speaking Swiss producer and electronic musician Sylvain Ehinger has spent near three decades exploring the boundaries between technology and emotion, constantly reshaping the relationship between machines and human expression.

In 2025, Xewin joined forces with the British avant-garde MC Infinite Livez (Ninja Tune) to create Zeal Minus, a project that merges experimental rap and electronic collision into an intense, unpredictable sonic universe. Their debut album All 4 Nothing will be released in February 2026 on the Dutch label Esc.rec., preceded by the first single “BLT”, out on October 29, 2025.

Since his debut album Simple Music for Complicated Cats (2009), Xewin has multiplied encounters — both on record and on stage — with artists such as Yarah Bravo, Bobby Johnson, and Fauve (Nicolas Nadar). In 2016, his unexpected collaboration with Mark Kelly (Swiss Music Awards) led to the acclaimed album Shamanic, further confirming his taste for bold, hybrid forms.

Over the years, Xewin has performed across numerous Swiss venues and festivals, including Paléo Festival, Rock Oz’Arènes, Les Docks, Reitschule, and Exil, blending energy, precision, and experimentation. Known for building his own instruments and developing sound-reactive visuals, he constantly pushes live performance into new, immersive territory.
